Touch Community Services

Being a customer-centric firm, our values extend to caring for the less fortunate in the community.  In March 2022, we sponsored a 10-seater Toyota Van specially modified with a hydraulic ramp to be elderly-friendly for the comfort and safety of elderly passengers. The van offers access and convenience to many of TOUCH’s elderly clients who are wheelchair users with chronic illnesses or conditions and struggle to go for medical appointments on their own. This sponsorship was supplementary to our ongoing contribution to Touch’s Meals-On-Wheels meal delivery program. It has been a pleasure and our honour to give back to the community.

Lumens Gives Back to drivers despite pandemic

We would not have been able to do so much in the past year without the constant support of our PHV Driver Partners. The Covid-19 pandemic has been unprecedented, but Lumens thanks our PHV Driver Partners for their persistence and continuous assistance to us. It is an honour and a privilege for us to be included as an example of a company that has effectively used and benefitted from government employment subsidies. Lumens Auto would like to express our gratitude to DPM Mr. Heng Swee Keat and his team, as well as our honourable PHV Driver Partners, for their tremendous assistance in enabling Lumens to emerge even stronger!

Lumens auto and ComfortDelGro To improve The Safety Of private-hire drivers with a new training course

In collaboration with Borneo Motors and ComfortDelGro, Lumens seeks to improve the overall safety of drivers on the road by launching a “Road Craft Training” course in an attempt to reduce the risk of accidents for new private hire drivers. The “first-of-its-kind” collaboration has the goal of improving the safety record of such drivers, the majority of whom lack proper road safety training.  The course utilises in-vehicle logging systems, with cameras and state-of-the-art sensors to collect comprehensive data on the driver’s performance during training sessions. With this information, trainers can give constructive feedback to the driver.

Welcome to Lumens
