About this event
Join Lumens in celebrating Singapore on her 58th birthday. From 10 Jul to 18 Aug, we invite our driver-partners to drop by our drivers centre, LyloHaus, to stick their National Day car decal and collect a free goodie bag worth up to $40.
But that's not all! Take part in a mini-challenge to guess the number of ping pong balls in our car stationed at LyloHaus, and win exciting prizes!

Goodie Bags -
Is there a deadline to collect the goodie bag?
Yes, the goodie bags are available while stocks last. The last day for collection is on 18 Aug.
Can someone else collect the goodie bag on my behalf?
No, all drivers must personally collect their own goodie bags.
Can I claim more than one goodie bag?
No, each driver is eligible for only one goodie bag.
What documents or identification do I need to bring to collect the goodie bag?
You can make an appointment with your Relationship Manager or simply walk in. For taxi drivers, please provide your name, car plate number, and mobile number.
Can the driver receive a national day T-shirt?
Yes, drivers can receive a National Day T-shirt upon request.
Lucky Draw -
Can anyone participate in the mini-challenge (ping pong game)?
Only Lumens Drivers can participate in the ping pong ball game. Non-Lumens Drivers are not eligible.
Can I participate in the draws if I am not available on the draw dates?
Yes, you do not need to be present personally for the draw.
What if my car decals are not in place?
To participate in the draw, both the 'Drive With Us' sticker and National Day Car Decal must be properly displayed on your vehicle.
Are there any specific rules or guidelines for sticking to the National Day car decal?
Please place the National Day car decal on the front door of both sides of your vehicle.
Can I come after 27 July to stick the decal?
Yes, please note that you will miss out on the first weekly draw held on 28 July. The draws will continue on 4 Aug, 11 Aug and the final grand draw on 18 Aug.
Can I participate in the event if I am a new driver-partner with Lumens?
Yes, new driver-partners with Lumens are eligible to participate in the event as well as the weekly and grand prize draws.
Can I participate in the event if I don't own a vehicle?
Yes, you can still participate in the event, but please note that you must have a Private Hire Vehicle (PHV) license.
Are there any additional requirements or conditions to be eligible for the grand prize draw?
Please refer to the Terms and Conditions (T&C) for any additional requirements or conditions to be eligible for the grand prize draw.
When will the winners be announced?
The winners will be announced weekly on 28 July, 4 Aug, and 18 Aug. The winners will be notified through socials & phone call.
Are there any restrictions or limitations on using the petrol vouchers?
All Lucky Draw winners must redeem their prizes within 18 months of being notified. The prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or substitutable for cash, credit, or other alternatives. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions (T&C) for the specific restrictions or limitations on using the petrol vouchers.

Lumens National Day Campaign Lucky Draw Terms & Conditions
Terms and Conditions
1. The National Day Campaign Lucky Draw (“Lucky Draw”) is organised by Lumens Pte Ltd (“Lumens”).
2. By participating in this Lucky Draw, a participant consents to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
Lucky Draw Period
3. The Lucky Draw will be held from 10 July 2023 to 18 August 2023, both dates inclusive (“Lucky Draw Period”).
4. The Lucky Draw comprises three weekly draws (“Weekly Draws”) and one grand draw (“Grand Draw”). The Weekly Draws will be held every Friday on 28 July 2023, 4 August 2023 and 11 August 2023 (“Weekly Draw Dates”). The Grand Draw will be held on Friday, 18 August 2023. (“Grand Draw Date”)
5. Lumens reserves the right to modify the Lucky Draw Period, Weekly Draw Dates and Grand Draw Date.
Eligibility
6. To be eligible for the Lucky Draw, participants must be:
(i) at least 18 years old at the start of the Lucky Draw Period;
(ii) a Singaporean citizen, Permanent Resident, or resident with an employment permit; and
(iii) a PHV driver with a minimum duration of 12 months left in their contract with Lumens.
Entry into Lucky Draw
7. To enter the Lucky Draw, participants must:
(i) put up the Lumens car decal on their vehicle; and
(ii) fill out a Lucky Draw form indicating their contact details and guess the number of ping pong balls in the Lumens car at LyloHaus. The Lucky Draw form must be dropped into the relevant answer box at LyloHaus which is located at 300 Sin Ming Road, Singapore 575626 between 10 July 2023 and 17 August 2023.
8. Each participant is entitled to one Lucky Draw chance.
Mode of Lucky Draw
9. There will be three (3) winners for each Weekly Draw. Each winner is entitled to obtain one prize. The Weekly Draw prizes are as follows:
a. First Weekly Draw prizes: 3 x $580 Petrol Vouchers
b. Second Weekly Draw prizes: 3 x $580 Petrol Vouchers
c. Third Weekly Draw prizes: 3 x $580 Petrol Vouchers
10. The Weekly Draw winners will be drawn randomly from the answer box at [• am/pm] on 28 July 2023, 4 August 2023, and 11 August 2023 at LyloHaus which is located at 300 Sin Ming Road, Singapore 575626.
11. The Weekly Draw winners will be notified via their telephone number and email address within [•] days from the relevant Weekly Draw Date.
12. There will be four (4) winners for the Grand Draw. Each winner is entitled to obtain one prize. The Grand Draw prizes are as follows:
a. Grand Draw prizes: 1 x $5800 Petrol Voucher & 3 x $580 Vouchers
13. The Grand Draw winners will be drawn randomly from the correct answer box at [• am/pm] on 18 August 2023 at LyloHaus which is located at 300 Sin Ming Road, Singapore 575626.
14. The Grand Draw winners will be notified via their telephone number and email address within [•] days from the Grand Draw Date.
15. All Lucky Draw winners must redeem their prizes within 30 days of being notified. The winners are required to present their personal identity information when redeeming their prizes. Prizes that are not redeemed within 30 days after the winner has been notified will be forfeited.
16. All Lucky Draw winners must fulfill their full driving contract to be eligible for the prize.
17. The prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or substitutable for cash, credit, or other alternatives.
18. The Grand Draw prize of $5,800 Petrol Vouchers will be split into payments of $1,450 each and paid out to the Grand Draw prize winner on a quarterly basis.
19. Lumens reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of a similar value.
20. Lumens reserves the right to forfeit any prize if it is subsequently discovered that a winner is not eligible for the Lucky Draw or is disqualified based on these Terms and Conditions.
Personal Information
21. By participating in the Lucky Draw, participants agree to:
a. the collection, use, and/or disclosure of their personal data by Lumens for the purposes of the Lucky Draw and communication with participants; and
b. receiving marketing and promotional material from Lumens.
General Terms and Conditions
22. Lumens reserves the right to use and publish the photographs/videos taken of participants during the Lucky Draw for advertising and publicity purposes.
23. Lumens’ decisions on all matters in relation to the Lucky Draw are final. Any appeals will not be entertained.
24. Lumens is not liable for any losses (including but not limited to indirect and consequential losses), costs, expenses, damages, or injuries arising from participation in the Lucky Draw.
25. Lumens reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to any person.
